Safety instructions
specific to the Electric Lifting Tackle
1- Always check that the voltage matches the voltage in the ratings plate. If the voltage
from the power source is not adequate, it may cause anomalous functioning or personal
injuries.
2- The electric outlet must be grounded, and the electric system must have an
earth-leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) of 25-30mA (differential circuit breaker).
3- Do not lift loads greater than the rated capacity of the lifting tackle.
4- Use this device only for its intended purpose. Do not lift people.
5- Do not pull the cord to disconnect from the plug. Do not allow the cord to be close to
heat, oil, large loads that compress it or that have sharp edges.
6- Do not attempt to lift fixed or obstructed loads.
7- Unplug the machine when not in use.
8- Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the machine.
9- Do not pull loads to a side. Avoid swinging the load or the hook.
10- Check that the trajectory of the hook is the same in the controls.
11- Regularly check the lifting tackle; check that all switches are in working condition.
12- Have your tool serviced only by qualified personnel in an Authorized Service Center;
The machine may become dangerous for users.
13- Avoid quickly turning on and off the machine.
14- Do not leave the lifting tackle unattended.
15- Do not stand or work below a load while lifting.
16- Do not operate this electric lifting tackle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
medication that produces drowsiness, while sick, or in danger due to extreme conditions.

Instructions for Use and Safety
Lifting tackle user
After opening the cardboard box, carefully check the stem, ropes, hooks, and control
unit of the lifting tackle, to check for damage during shipping.
1- The electric lifting tackle has a lifting cradle system. Fixing the system to a round
solid beam is recommended. If not available, build one that supports several times the
weight of the load.
2- The height of the beam must match the distance between the lifting cradle and its
load. The beam must support several times the weight of the load. We recommend the
help from a specialized technician when checking the strength of the beam.
3- The hook-coupling must be connected to the lifting cradle straight. A technician
must check the proper size of the support and coupling of the lifting tackle before
energizing it.
The electric lifting tackle has a pulley and additional hooks that,
when used properly, can double the load capacity.
Assemble the pulley with the bolts, as shown in figure A.
There is a special hole for attaching the fixed hook in the machine
to the coupling stem, which allows the load to be elevated by two
steel cables, thus doubling the load lifting capacity.
