To ensure the safety of you, the installer, and your children, it is important that these instructions are read fully
before commencing the positioning and installation of this product.

This product has been designed and tested to rigorous European Safety Standards to ensure the safety and security of children using this product.
It has been designed and manufactured for:
Domestic outdoor use only and must not be installed within a public area such as a school, public house garden, communal play area, etc.
Children between the ages of 3 years and 10 years old whilst being supervised by a responsible adult
Installation on a flat surface (slope less than 2%), otherwise there may be a risk of instability
Installation on a suitable surface (i.e. it should not be installed over concrete, asphalt, tarmac or any other hard or broken surface)
Use within a clear area where the nearest obstruction (fence, tree, laundry line, cable, etc.) is more than 2 metres away. This distance should be
measured from the furthest point of the play set (i.e. the bottom of any slide or a swing at maximum extension)
Consider position of playcentre as the slide (if supplied) will become hot under direct sunlight
Note: Whilst there are no metal surfaces that could become excessively hot in the sun, it may be appropriate to ensure that the slide chute is not facing the main
direction of sun to prevent the surface being uncomfortably warm in play. Maximum user weight 50Kg.
Finally, the safety of children using this product is your responsibility. It is advised that children are supervised at all times. Do not allow children to wear loose
articles of clothing (i.e. tassels or loose hair) when using item else a possible entrapment may occur. Care must be taken to use the equipment for its intended
purpose, i.e. do not allow children to climb onto items not designed for that purpose, as injury may result.

This product has been made from premium timber. Great care has been taken in selecting, treating and machining the timber before it is presented to you.
Timber is a natural product and as such may experience changes throughout the course of its life. This means it may:

It is advised that on a regular basis (i.e. at the beginning of the season and monthly thereafter) all main parts/ xings are checked as secure, well oiled (if metallic),
have no sharp points/edges and are intact. Replace, oil and/or tighten when necessary. Failure to do so may result in an injury or hazard.
During long periods of non-use (particularly during the winter) it is suggested that attachments such as swings are dismantled and stored in a dry environment.
This will prolong the life of such attachments.
Ensure Rockgrips are checked regularly to ensure they are secured tightly and are not becoming loose.
Fabric Parts & Roof are shower-proof only.
