- Página 2 VA-4030(e) and 2060(e) Product Description The VA-2060 is a digital networked two-channel amplifier. It is CobraNet enabled and capable of delivering continuous audio power at 60 Watts RMS per channel. The VA-2060 also has comprehensive failover capability with device-to-device and channel-to-channel failover. The VA-2060e is a digital networked two-channel amplifier.

VA-4030(e) and 2060(e) Setup and Installation Setup and Use The Vocia software provides an intuitive interface for configuration of the VA-4030(e) and VA-2060(e) Amplifiers. The information supplied by this manual relates to physical connections and assignment. For more details on software setup, please consult the Vocia Help File. Installation The unit requires one 3.5 inch (88.9mm) high and 19 inch (483mm) wide rack space with 17.5 inch (444mm) depth. -

VA-4030(e) and 2060(e) Front System Indicators The LED indicators on the front panel of the amplifier provide information and operational status of the amplifier and its associated output channels. LED layout and features vary between amplifier models. LED’s are grouped to show chassis status indication and amplifier channel status indication. Amplifier Chassis Indicators These indicators relate to the entire amplifier unit (chassis). - Página 5 Amp Channel Indicators These indicators relate to each amplifier channel. Amp Fault The Amp Fault illuminates when a channel fault has occurred. • Amber - the amplifier channel has a fault and audio may have stopped. • Flashing Amber - the amplifier channel is not performing within normal specification. Activity The Activity LED will illuminate when the channel is configured.
- Página 6 VA-4030(e) and 2060(e) Rear Conventions All numbered audio, relay and power connectors on the rear panel of the amplifier are configured with the lowest output or input on the right of the connector as viewed from the rear of the unit. AC Power Socket Provides for connection of the appropriate power cord.

Auxiliary Power The VA-2060e and VA-4030e support 48V DC Auxiliary power connections. The VA-2060 and VA-4030 do not support 48V DC Auxiliary power connections. This connection allows dual DC power inputs to be used. - Página 15 VA-4030(e) and 2060(e) Fault Detection Output Fault Detection The Amplifier monitors (supervises) for faults on speaker connections using a combination multiple out-of- band (inaudible) high frequency tones for end-of-line detection, and DC current for ground fault detection. For end-of-line detection, one or more (up to 15 maximum) ELD-1 units must be connected to the end/s of the speaker line.
