INSTALLATION:
Step 1:
Mark location for anchor. Observe minimum edge
distance and spacing requirements. See reverse
side of label for additional requirements.
Step 2:
Drill 11/16", 18mm, or 3/4" diameter hole to a depth
of 4 1/8 inches.
Step 3: Clean hole using blow-out bulb or compressed air.
Step 4:
Tap anchor into hole using a hammer. Anchor
flange must seat firmly against concrete.
Step 5: Tighten bolt until red cap shears off. No further
adjustment is necessary after red cap shears off.
Concrete minimum compressive strength 3000 psi. Not for use
in lightweight concrete, hollow block, brick, grout, or stone.

Hole size: 4 1/8 in. deep X
11/16 in., 18mm, or 3/4 in diameter
Min. Anchor Spacing (s) = 10 in.
Min. Edge Distance (c) = 15 in.
Min. Base Thickness (h) = 6 1/4 in.
INSPECTION:
Inspect anchor before each use.
Green seal on bolt head indicates proper
installation. Do not use if green seal is missing
or if inspection reveals other unsafe or defective condition.
