Cleaning of the cabin: empty periodically the cabin of powders, the rubber holders and the
black rubber stopper (rif. 18) placed under the base. Tilt the cabin in ahead, helping the
outflow of the sand with the hand towards the hole.

GUIDE TO COMMON QUESTIONS

The apparatus is not turning on:
1. Control that the power cord plug (rif. 14) is properly connected to the electrical outlet.
2. Check that fuses (rif. 39) are not damaged.
The sand does not exit:
1. Control that there is air pressure at the air connection of apparatus (rif. 28).
2. Control that the sand inside the container is of appropriate size, and that it is not humid; if
humid remove the sand with a vacuum cleaner using the funnel in equipment as top of the
vacuum cleaner.
3. Control that the used nozzle is of diameter correspondent to the type of sand. Little rubbles
may interrupt the flow of the sand. In this case plug with a finger the hole of the nozzle and
press the pedal creating pressure inside the container, therefore remove the finger. Repeat
the operation several times until the release of the culverts.
Carried out these controls, in case the apparatus still presents disadvantages, contact the
customers' technical service.
MAINTENANCE
Substitution of the used filter of powders:
Control the bag of used powders every 4/5 days and replace it before completely full (max to
approximately 2/3 of its capacity). Do not re-use and do not empty out the used filters. When
the filter is exausted
compliance with your country rules.
Substitution of the motor protection filter:
Check every two weeks the motor protection filter and clean it by blowing compressed air in
the same way of passage of the sucked air. The filter must be replaced with a new one at least
every 4 months. This preserves the motor and the perfect operating of the apparatus.

The apparatus is not turning on:
1. Control that the power cord plug (rif. 13) is properly connected to the electrical outlet.
The suction power is low:
1. Replace the recovery dust filter (rif.10), and/or replace the motor protection filter (rif.7-8-9).

customers' technical service.
