Feed the phototherapy cable through the bottom opening of the BiliSwaddler.

Place the baby on the mattress/panel in the pouch.

Fix the right side flap on the left side below the phototherapy mattress/panel.

Wrap the baby with the left side flap.

Fix the side flap on the reverse side of the BiliSwaddler by using the two velcro pads.

Check and adjust the fit of the velcro pads.
