The operating display is designed as a
touchscreen. For operation, the corre-
sponding symbols on the display must be
touched.
6.1
Program overview
The high-temperature sintering furnace has a per-
manently stored program for sintering zirconium
oxide frameworks for various indications. Further
programs for sintering, glazing or drying of dental
oxide ceramics can be freely programmed within
the permissible program parameter limits and
stored at free program locations.
Several programs for Amann Girrbach materials
are already pre-installed on the furnace These
programs should not be changed.
6.2
Programming the sintering pro-
gram
Information/tips on programming / controller
behaviour:
_ A program can consist of up to eight segments.
_ The parameters heating rate, target tempera-
ture and dwell time can be assigned to each seg-
ment.
_ To protect the furnace system against over-
heating or overloading, these parameters may
be limited.
_ When parameters are exceeded during input,
the furnace displays them as red lines in the
graph of the editing level. In this case, the pro-
gram cannot be saved.
