Due to some kinds of overvoltage disturbances in the mains that can
damage internal electronic, the ecook system includes an overvoltage protec-
tion circuit to protect itself. The protection circuit disables the power circuit to cut
the absorved power of the induction. There are 2 protection circuits.
Depending on disturbance energy and voltage level, both protection circuits can
be activated or only one related to the left side heaters or one related to the right
side heaters.
