Charging a mobile device is not possible.
•
The charging function only works when the speaker is switched on. Check whether the speaker is
switched on.
•
The battery of the speaker is empty. Charge the speaker's battery and then try charging the
mobile device again.
•
Check the cable connection between the speaker and the mobile device.
•
The charging current of the mobile device is too low or too high. Unfortunately, charging will no
longer be possible in this case.

11. Cleaning

Do not allow moisture to enter the speaker or the connection socket. Keep the device cover (12)
closed during cleaning.

Clean the speaker with a slightly damp, soft cloth only.
•
Do not use abrasive, scouring or solvent-based cleaning agents. The surfaces of the speaker can
be irreparably damaged.

12. Storing the device when not in use

Store the speaker in a dry, clean location away from direct sunlight. Recharge the integrated battery
from time to time to extend its service life.
