6) To release the contents, the WHIPcreamer
STANDARD (image G) must be turned upside down
and the lever must be actuated. Always hold the
WHIPcreamer STANDARD vertically with the unit
head facing down. This ensures that no gas can
escape, enabling the complete emptying of the
bottle.
7) Store the filled WHIPcreamer STANDARD upright
at min. +1°C in the refrigerator (image H).
8) Unscrew the decorating nozzle after each use and
rinse it with warm water.
9) After the contents have been completely removed,
actuate the lever of the WHIPcreamer STANDARD
to relieve the pressure until all of the gas has been
released (image I). Always hold the WHIPcreamer
STANDARD vertically with the unit head facing
down. Then the Kayser unit head can be easily
unscrewed from the Kayser bottle.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR
USE
• The safety regulations specified on the charger
packaging apply to the Kayser cream chargers.
• Kayser cream chargers are made of recyclable
steel and are reclaimed as a valuable raw material
in waste recycling.
• If the consistency of the bottle contents is
insufficiently firm, shake the bottle once again.
However, do not shake the WHIPcreamer
STANDARD before each additional use. Shaking
too often will cause the contents to become too
firm to remove them completely.
• Some products, such as UHT cream or light cream
must be chilled thoroughly and shaken more often
in order to achieve a sufficiently firm consistency.
• Only store the WHIPcreamer STANDARD in a
refrigerator in order to chill its contents. Never use
a deep freezer or the freezing compartment.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
• When it is not possible to easily insert the unit
piston K616A in the head after cleaning during
the reassembly of the Kayser unit head, smooth
movement can be restored by lubricating the
piston gaskets with cooking oil.
• Please contact Kayser in case that other problems
arise.
• Check the condition of the head gasket (K750)
and of the two gaskets on the piston (K616A)
before each use – see page 2. When signs of wear
become visible or leakage occurs during use, then
these parts must be replaced. Before each use,
check the bottle, the unit head and the threads
for possible signs of wear or damage. If any such
wear or damage is found, the WHIPcreamer
STANDARD may no longer be used.
• Please contact your specialist dealer or Kayser
should you require spare parts or repairs.
