Introduction
The Titan CAPSPRAY 125 HVLP spray system is designed
for use as a large capacity, fine finish spray painting tool.
Components of the spray system include a compressor, a cart,
a compressor air outlet, a pressure switch, a pressure pot, a
pressure pot air inlet, and a pressure pot material outlet.

Product Registration
Register your product online at www.titantool.com. Proper

Serial Number Location
components
This compressor system produces a maximum
pressure of 105 PSI. To avoid rupture and injury,
do not connect components rated less than 105 PSI
to the pressure pot air hose.
The regulated air system produces a maximum
outlet pressure of 45 PSI. To avoid rupture and
injury, do not connect components rated less than
45 PSI to the air fitting attached to the regulator.
Safety valve
The safety valve is designed to prevent pressure in the storage
tanks from exceeding 140 PSI.
Do not tamper with the safety valve. It has been
factory-set. any adjustment of this valve could
cause serious injury.
ON/OFF Switch
The unit is equipped with an ON/OFF lever on the left side of
the compressor. Do not turn the unit on and off by plugging and
unplugging the power cord.
circuit Breaker
The unit is equipped with an circuit breaker that is located on the
left side of the compressor, below the ON/OFF switch. In case of
electrical overload, activate the circuit breaker.
air Filter
The unit is equipped with an air filter that is located on the top of
the compressor.
Never clean the air filter with a flammable liquid or
solvent. Explosive vapors may accumulate in the
air tank and cause an explosion, resulting in
serious injury or death.
ImPORTaNT: Do not operate the air compressor without an
air filter.
Storage Tank
The storage tanks should be drained after each use to prevent
condensation build-up and corrosion inside the tanks. To drain
the tanks, open the drain fitting at the front of the unit and allow
the water to drain out.
