REPLACING THE GRINDING DISC

1. Ensure the tool is disconnected from the mains.
2. Lay it on a flat and solid surface.
3. Insert the spacing flange (12) onto the spindle (2). Ensure that the seat in the spacing flange (shown below) matches
the seat in the spindle. Install the spacing flange so that the seat is directed towards the spindle.
4. Place the grinding disk (11) on the spacing flange (12).
5. Insert the fastening (outer) flange (10) on the spindle (2) and tighten manually.
6. Press the lock button (3) and tighten the fastening flange (10) with the wrench (9).
7. Reverse the foregoing steps to remove the disk.
CAUTION!
THE PLACEMENT OF THE FASTENING FLANGE DEPENDS ON THE DISK.
FOR A CUTTING DISK (FLAT OR WITH DEPRESSED CENTER HOLE), INSTALL
THE FLANGE WITH THE FLAT SIDE FACING THE DISK (INWARDS). FOR A
COARSE GRINDING DISK WITH DEPRESSED CENTER HOLE, INSTALL THE
FLANGE WITH THE FLAT SIDE FACING OUTWARDS.
DISCONNECT THE DEVICE FROM THE MAINS BEFORE INSTALLING OR
REMOVING A DISK.
REPLACING THE GRINDING DISC
1. Check that the tool is in perfect working order before every use.
2. Check that the tool is free from cracks or any other damage.
3. Always hold the tool with the both hands.
4. While grinding, hold the disk at an angle of approx. 15° to the surface of the workpiece. This will provide the best result
and prevent exerting excessive strain on the tool.
5. While using a new grinding disk, do not move the tool in direction B, as the disk will start to cut into the workpiece.
After the edge of the disk gets rounded as a result of usage, you will be able to move the tool in both directions.
6. Grinding or cutting metal produces sparks, which is normal.
7. Disconnect the tool from the mains before handling it in any way (changing attachments or performing maintenance).
8. Wear goggles while working.
9. Keep the tool and its ventilation slots clean and unobstructed for safe and efficient operation.
10. Use disks intended for your purpose the material you are working.
