10. Troubleshooting

Error Possible cause
The motor unit and
accessories are not
assembled correctly
and successfully.
The motor
doesn't start
AND/OR the
knife doesn't
rotate.
The blades are blocked.

unusual noises.
The food in the processor
bowl is too hard or

Troubleshooting
Ensure that the motor unit is
connected with the coupling
unit of the different accessories
successfully. As for the processor,
bowl lid is placed correctly onto
the bowl and lock the bowl well,
and the motor unit is engaged
correctly on the lid.
Immediately release the switch
and unplug the appliance. Then
remove the obstacle. Remove
all hard parts of your food or
cut the big ingredients into
small pieces before processing.
Only process food suited to the
appliance.
Ensure that the motor unit
connect with the coupling unit of
different accessories successfully.
As for the processor, bowl lid is
placed correctly onto the bowl
and lock the bowl well, and the
motor unit is engaged correctly
on the lid. And make sure the
knife is set correctly in place.
Immediately release the switch
and unplug the appliance.
Remove some food from the
bowl. Process your food in
smaller portions. Make a
break of at least 15 minutes.
Ensure that the appliance is
connected to a suitable wall
power outlet. Ensure that the
wall power outlet is working by
connecting a lamp.
