3.3 Lowering
Lowering is done by foot pressure on the release pedal. The lowering speed is regulated
by varying the amount of pressure applied to this pedal.
General
• The foot pump pedal must be folded up during transport or when the lift table is not in
use.
• The table plate must be loaded evenly.
• The maximum load capacity must not be exceeded.
• Apply the hand brake when the unit is parked.
4.A Maintenance for the lift tables

The hydraulic power unit is filled with Tet-Ge DHG 32 ISO hydraulic oil from Zeller+Gmelin
GmbH, Eislingen. The hydraulic oil should be replaced every 2 to 3 years. The oil is filled
at the stopper (Pos. 105 in the spare parts list) and drained at the screw plug (Pos. 96).
The mast tracks must be cleaned and greased regularly. The unit must be tested for
compliance with the accident prevention regulations annually.
Instructions for self-help if the unit does not hold the load:
1. Lower the lift table, unscrew the screw plug (Pos.108), remove the pressure spring
(Pos. 92) and valve ball (Pos. 90.3).
Pump once; possible contamination will be flushed out with the small quantity of
discharged oil. Reassemble the valve ball, spring and screw plug.
2. Check whether the pressure pin (Pos.99) is jammed. The pressure pin must have
approx. 0.5 mm play against the setting screw (Pos. 86).
3. If 1 and 2 above are not successful, then
- drain the hydraulic oil
- reattach the valve seats of Pos. 90.2 and 90.3 using valve ball,
brass bolts and 250 g hammer
- flush out the hydraulics and refill
4. New sealing rings must be installed if oil is discharged outside.
