4. Tighten the three clamping screws until the mount is
secured to the ceiling.
NOTE: Over-tightening the clamping screws may cause
damage to the ceiling or in-ceiling mount.

5. Attach a safety chain/cable to the in-ceiling mount to help
support the combined weight of the dome camera and in-
ceiling mount (1.8 kg [4.0 lb]). The chain/cable is not
included in the in-ceiling mount package.
Caution — The ceiling material must be able to sustain a
minimum of 1.8 kg (4.0 lbs).
Caution — This mount is designed for indoor use only.
