Why does the phone heat up?

The phone may get hot when there is a very
long call duration or when games are played or
even when surfing the Internet for a long time.
This has no effect upon the life of the product or
performance.

EPhone may be set to 'Vibration All' or in 'Silent All
' mode. In the Sound menu, please select Volume →
Ringtone → Volume 1 ~ Volume 5, or Vol5&Vib.

mode?

The battery is worn out. As time passes, the battery
life gradually becomes shorter. If the battery
lasts about half the amount of time as when first
purchased, it's time to purchase a new battery.
