13. Verify that the cable clip around the shock reservoir is
installed from the factory. Note there is more than one
position for the cable and reservoir.
NOTE: Different frames will require different routing for
rear sensor and clip attachments. In general, it's ok to
clip the cables anywhere in the rear.
STEP 3
Charge the system battery
Charge your eMTB battery according to instructions
provided by the frame manufacturer. The Live controller
receives power from the system battery and will remain on
as long as the bike's drive system is enabled.
STEP 4
Calibrate the system
Calibration can be performed by following the calibration
instructions on the Live Valve app or by following the
sequence below.
This step is critical to ensuring the system responds
appropriately to terrain. The Live Valve system will
not function properly unless it is calibrated according
to the sequence below. Verify that the professional
bicycle mechanic has completed the calibration
sequence correctly.
It is ok to repeat the calibration sequence to ensure
accuracy. Once the system is calibrated, it should
not need to be recalibrated unless components are
replaced or you see the three-color (red, blue, green)
light sequence on the controller.
Make sure the bump sensors are mounted and
connected properly on the bike. Calibration will not
occur if any sensors are disconnected.
