9.0 REPLACING THE BLADE UNIT
1) Should the blades become worn, the whole blade unit
can be replaced.
2) Switch off the appliance with the power switch and
unplug the power cord.
Remove the roll, if one has been loaded.
3) Remove the front tray temporarily by loosening the
knobs at the sides.
4) Remove the cutting unit using the relevant lever on the
bottom of the appliance.
5) Insert the new unit in the machine, being careful to slot
the front panel into the guides and pressing down gently.

10.0 MAINTENANCE
1) Switch off the appliance with the power switch and
unplug the power cord from the machine.
2) Remove the front tray temporarily by loosening the
knobs at the sides.
3) Remove the cutting unit using the relevant lever on the
bottom of the appliance.
4) Use a mild cleaner with a swab to remove any residues
and clean the blade; do not use water or other harsh
cleaners.
5) Where necessary, insert a drop of food-grade lubricant
into the relevant three holes in the cutting unit and wipe it
down with a cloth.
6) Remove any residues of the cake band that might
prevent the optical sensors from working properly.
7) Insert the cutting unit, being careful to slot the front
panel into the guides and pressing down gently.

Store Mart Cutter in its original packaging, in a dry place at a temperature in the 5° to
40 °C range.
Keep the original packaging for possible future transport purposes.
