6.1. Machine Features
Use the foot-operated safety switch to turn the machine on.
6.2. Assembling and Adjustment
6.2.1. Assembling the parts cleaning device
• Remove all packaging materials.
• Place the 50-litre-drum (1) unopened on the base piece (2).
Make sure that the 2" thread plug points at the mid point between the base legs (3).
• Remove the cover plug joints on top of the drum and store them in a safe place until the
drum is collected for return transport.
6.2.2. Assembling the pump
• After removal of the cover plug joints on top of the drum, the 2" opening for the drum (4) and
the ¾"-thread plug are visible and free.
• Screw the drum's 2"-thread plug (5) into the 2"-opening.
• Screw the ¾"- return hose connection piece (6), (bypack) into the drum's ¾"-opening.
• Insert the pump (4) in such a way into the drum's 2"-thread plug (5) that the outgoing lines
of the pump hose (7) point to the right.
• Fix the pump (4) together with the drum (1) to the device.
• Secure one end of the return hose (8) to the basin's drain connection piece (9) and the
other end to the drum's ¾" thread plug (6).
• Guide the brush hose (7) through the round back wall opening (12) of the basin and insert
the cleaning brush (13) into the hose.
• Tilt the device slightly and check for tightness.
Establish the electrical connection as follows:
• Connecting the plug-in connection situated
base leg with the motor of the pump. Secure the connection with the clip.
• Insert the plug (11) into the 230 V outlet.
• Perform a function test.
6.2.3. Startup

• Step on the foot pedal switch to turn the unit on.
• Use the brush to clean the workpiece.
• Release the foot switch to turn the pum
