practical advice
•
The mini chopper can be used to chop herbs, onions, garlic and shallots, as well as mix
meat (boneless) and small quantities of vegetables. It is not made for chopping hard
food items such as ice cubes, sugar cubes or frozen food.
•
To finely chop the ingredients, maintain speed I or II until the desired consistency is
obtained.
•
To coarsely chop the ingredients, use a pulse action by pressing the I or II button several
times in succession. Regularly check the texture to avoid chopping up the preparation
too finely.
•
Always insert the blade block or the emulsifier before filling the mixing bowl with food.
•
Use a wooden or plastic spatula to detach any pieces of food stuck to the sides of the
mixing bowl. Make sure the appliance is unplugged before putting any utensils in the
mixing bowl.
