Use the following start instructions:
1. Push firecart close to water source.
2. Attach suction hose to pump.
3. While one end of suction hose is attached to the pump inlet, put the
foot valve in the water source.
4. Slide all the fire hose off hose rack.
5. Attach fire hose to outlet. Twist to lock.
