4. Position backrest in slot between bottom of seat
cushion and mechanism. Align holes and use two
M8 x 20 mm screws (K), one M8 x 35 mm screw (L)
and three large washers (N) to attach backrest to
mechanism. (See Figure 4)

1. Adjustable Tilt Lock – To lock seat/back angle, press
lever down at desired angle. Chair has synchro tilt;
the back tilts at a two-to-one ratio to the seat angle.
2. Seat Depth (Seat Slider) – To adjust seat depth, lift
the lever and slide the seat forward or back while
sitting.
3. Seat Height Adjustment – To raise seat height, lift
lever up with little to no weight on the seat. To lower
seat height, lift lever up while sitting.
4. Lumbar Support – To position higher or lower on the
back, slide the lumbar support up or down.
5. Armrest Height Adjustment – To adjust armrest height,
press the button on side of each armrest and move
the armrest up or down.
Self-Weight Tilt Tension – Tilt tension automatically adjusts
based on user's weight.

5. Slowly lower chair assembly onto the gas lift. Press
down on seat cushion to secure in place.
