Filters & Cyclone filter
Before you install a new filter or clean the cyclone filter, always switch off the
vacuum cleaner and pull the plug out of the socket. Your filter should be
cleaned at least twice a year or when it becomes visibly solid.
How to clean the motor protection filter
1. Press the unlock button to release the dust container and then pull it out.
2. Twist dust container lid counter clockwise and remove the motor
protection filter.
3. Grasp tab on filter and remove from filter cartridge.
4. Gently tap the filter and filter cartridge inside a trash receptacle to remove
dust and dirt.
5. Hold the motor protection filter under running water to clean.
6. Allow to air dry for 24 hours before replacing.
7. Replace the filter in dust container and twist lit clockwise until secure.
8. Replace the dust container again by locking it in position.
Note 1: Clean the filter approximately every tenth time the dust
container is emptied, or more frequently if necessary. Please ensure that
the filter is always clean, as otherwise air circulation cannot be
guaranteed. If necessary, the filter can also be washed in warm water
without any additives.
Note 2: Always operate the cleaner with a filter installed. Reduced
suction or motor damage may be result of incorrect procedures.
How to clean Cyclone filter
1. Press the unlock button to release the dust container and then pull it out.
2. Twist dust container lid counter clockwise and then remove the motor
protection filter.
3. Remove
the
container.
4. Gently tap on the inside of a trash receptacle to
remove dust and dirt.
5. Dirt and debris can be cleaned from the filter
assembly with dusting brush or a towel or rag.
6. Replace the cyclone filter and motor protection filter on dust container
and twist lit clockwise until secure.
7. Replace the dust container again by locking it in position
