10.2 Polarized light analysis

• ST-202 is needed.

10.3 Polarized light + Darkfield analysis
• ST-201 + ST-202 are needed.
1. Install ST-201 as described in chapter 10.1.
2. Screw another spacer on both rods.
3. Stack ST-202 and fix it with another spacer. (Fig. 28)
4. Screw the analyzer on the bottom of the head. (Fig. 27)
