TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

The hand vac does not work:
Possible causes
The batteries are discharged
Dead battery
Contacts between the unit and the charging
stand are dirty.
No power in electrical outlet supplying
transformer.
The motorized brush does not work:
Possible causes
The 2 metal pins of the motorized brush are
not in contact with the vacuum cleaner.
Motorized brush is clogged up
The hand vacuum will not pick up any dust:
Possible causes
Dust container is full.
Dust filter needs cleaning or replacement
Unit needs recharging.
There is dust escaping from the hand vacuum:
Possible causes
Dust container is full.
Dust filter is not installed correctly.
Puncture/hole in dust filter.
Possible solutions
Charge the appliance
Replace the battery
Clean the contacts
Check the fuse or the breaker. Replace the
fuse if necessary/reset the breaker.
Possible solutions
Firmly insert the motorized brush into the
air-intake nozzle. This will connect the
motorized nozzle to the unit power supply.
Remove all lint, hair, etc. from the motorized
brush.
Possible solutions
Empty dust container.
Remove dust filter and check for objects in
air nozzle and remove.
Charge unit.
Possible solutions
Empty dust container.
Review dust filter installation instructions.
Replace dust filter.
