• Please read these instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.
• Use this appliance solely in accordance with these instructions.
• This appliance can be used by children older than 8 years and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, but only if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children, except if they are older than 8 years and
supervised.
• Keep the appliance and the cable out of reach of children under 8 years.
• Have any repairs carried out solely by a qualified electrician. Never try to repair the appliance yourself.

operAtion - before use for the first time

Before using the new milk frother for the first time, we recommend that you clean the appliance thoroughly.
1. Open the battery compartment (2) by turning the screwtop (2).
2. Install the batteries in the position indicated on the battery position schematic.
3. Replace the sliding compartment cover fully into operating position.
4. Briefly press the power button to ensure that the batteries are functioning properly.
