than the specified time, the pump must be refilled with
water.
Use a manometer to check that the pressure in the
tank rises.
As soon as the operating pressure is reached, the
pump stops automatically.
As soon as the pressure in the tank decreases, the
pump is started again. It only stops when the operat-
ing pressure in the tank is reached again
Check the water level regularly. If the water level is
below the suction filter, stop the pump so that it does
not run idle. .
Regularly check the correct operation of the pump
(motor should rotate, water should be drained without
defects, ...). If a problem occurs, stop the pump im-
mediately and disconnect it.
If the pump has been dismantled after use, it must
always be refilled with water when it is reconnected
and used.
Switching on and off
To switch on the water station, turn the switch (8) to
the „I" position
Switch the switch (8) to the „0" position to switch off
the water station.
Thanks to the suction basket with non-return valve,
the pump does not empty and no air enters the water
circuit. If the device remains running, you will be able
to pump again simply by switching on the pump using
the switch.
Scheme of waterworks operation
D. Start the water station.
The outlet valve is closed. The water pump is
switched on and the pumped water accumulates in
the tank until the operating pressure is reached.
E. Pressurized tank: ready to use.
When the tank reaches the operating pressure, the
pump stops. The outlet valve is closed.
F. Use of water.
When the cap or tap is open, the water in the tank
starts to drain until the switch-on pressure is reached.
G. Restart the pump.
By draining the water, the water station pump is
switched on (pressure drop to switch-on pressure).
After closing the outlet valve, the water is sucked in
only when the opeting pressure in the tank is reached.
Pump storage
If there is a risk of frost or if you do not use the pump
for a long time, drain it thoroughly and dry it.
Disconnect the pump from the el. networks.
If the tank is under pressure, release the water by
opening the tap or cap located on the drain pipe.
Remove the drain pipe.
Unscrew the suction pipe (be careful, this one is full of
water). Release it all.
Unscrew the non-return valve and rinse with clean
water.
Rinse the suction pipe with clean water.
Check that there is no standing water in the pipe.
Store the pump, piping and non-return valve from
frost. Place the pump where there is no shock.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The waterworks is basically maintenance-free. To
ensure its longevity, we recommend regular inspec-
tion and care.
Notice!
Before each maintenance of the waterworks, pull the
electrical plug out of the socket.
If you will not be using the water station for a long
time or dismantling it during the winter months, flush
it with water, empty it completely by unscrewing both
vent plugs and let it dry.
After a long break with a short start, make sure that
the pump rotor rotates in the correct direction.
If the water pump is clogged, connect the pressure
hose to the water line and remove the suction hose.
Open the discharge line. Switch on the pump several
times for approx. 2 seconds. In this way, most block-
ing materials can be removed.
! In winter, it is necessary to avoid freezing the device
or placing it in areas where it freezes.
If you use a waterworks to supply water to your home,
you need to check the pressure of your domestic
water heater regularly (once every 2-3 years). If you
do not, the domestic water supply system may start
to operate abnormally. Check heater pressure. It is
displayed on the meter on the pressure line. The
pressure must be 1.5 bar.
- If possible, store the device in a place with a con-
stant temperature (5 - 35 ° C) and humidity.
