Problem
No USB power indicator light
No sound in headphones

General Rules for Use

Solution
Verify port is powered USB 1.1 or 2.0.
Turn up the VOLUME or MIC GAIN thumb slider.
Turn off software monitoring in the computer
software.
Windows:
