General instructions

This user manual applies to gas cylinder trolleys in the model ranges GFR and GFW.
It contains all the information needed regarding correct set-up, trouble-free operation, maintenance, and
disposal. The instructions in this user manual must be carefully followed and adhered to.
If the instructions are strictly followed in accordance with the user manual, we accept liability within the
scope of our guarantee conditions.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to the illustrations and details in the user manual in order
to improve the gas cylinder trolley.
Keep this user manual in a safe place. It is intended to be used in a practical way and should be available
to the user in the place where the equipment is used.
No changes, extensions or modifications may be made to the product without the manufacturer's authori-
sation. No liability is accepted for changes made without the manufacturer's authorisation and in such cas-
es the warranty will cease to be valid.
1.1 Intended use of the equipment
The gas cylinder trolley is for the safe transport of mobile pressurised gas containers.
The gas cylinder trolley should be used exclusively within the performance parameters listed in 4
"Technische Daten".

Safety instructions

 Refrain from any unsafe working practices.
 Observe the applicable rules for health and safety at work.
 The protective measures detailed in TRBS 3145/TRGS 725 , especially section 4.5
"Internal transport of mobile pressurised gas containers", must be observed and
complied with.
 The regulations in TRGS 407 (risk assessment) and TRGS 510 (storage) must also
be observed and complied with.
 Do not move over uneven surfaces!
 Do not move over sloping surfaces!
Do not expose the gas cylinder trolley type GFW-1 / GFW-1-S to direct sunlight or other sources of heat!
The body material of the trolley may lose stability and rigidity!
