3. Select your connector

IMPORTANT: This replacement package includes
multiple connector types. It is critical that the correct
connector be used.
1. Look at your old cuff and connector. Identify the cuff
connector's shape and color. The connector is used
for plugging the cuff into your monitor, and is locat-
ed at the end of the cuff hose.
2. If your cuff has a standard connector:
a) Find the silver regulatory label (usually located on
the back of your device).
b) Review the label for ANY of the following:
b1. A triangular "IMT" symbol
b2. Any of the model numbers listed below:
• BP3AR1-1PASC
• BP3BM1-3ALDR
• BP3MS1-3BLDR
• BP3MV1-3BHM
• BP3NM1-3WHM
c) If any of the conditions are met, use the
standard connector with your new cuff.
d) If you do not meet the conditions in b 1-2,
use the Advanced connector 3 (All Black).
DO NOT USE THE STANDARD CONNECTOR.
3. If your cuff has an advanced connector:
a) Select a new connector matching the tip color of
your current connector (yellow or blue).
4. Attach the cuff connector to the end of the cuff hose.
5. Connect the new cuff assembly (cuff, hose &
connector) to your Microlife automatic blood
pressure monitor, and ensure the connection fits
snugly. It should not be loose.
6. Once the cuff is properly connected to the monitor,
prepare the cuff for your measurement.
