26. Never leave the empty carafe on the warming plate otherwise the carafe is liable to
crack.
27. Always use the proper grind of coffee. Too fine of a grind could clog the filter and
cause hot water or coffee to overflow.
28. The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire,
electric shock or injury to persons.
29. Never repair the appliance by yourself.
30. Keep the outside of the appliance clean and dry at all times.
WARNINGS:
Do not use this appliance within reach of a bath or a sink or any vessel
containing water or liquids.
If the appliance is dropped in water do not reach for it, switch off and
disconnect at the mains and drain the water before retrieving the appliance, do
not use the appliance again until it has been checked by a qualified service
agent.
Accessible surfaces will get hot use handles at all times.
IMPORTANT
Before connecting the appliance, check if the voltage indicated on the rating label on the
bottom of the appliance corresponds with the mains voltage in your home, if it doesn't, do
not use the appliance.
Do not place the appliance on a hot surface such as on a cooker or in an oven.
Do not remove filter holder while the appliance is in operation. Wait until brewing cycle is
complete and all water and steam has been released.
To fill the water reservoir use fresh tap water only.
