6. Slide the carafe into the appliance ensuring it sits correctly on the warming plate.
7. Plug the appliance into the wall socket. "12:00" will appear on the display.
8. Press ON/OFF on the control panel to immediately start the brewing.
The RUN indicator light comes on to indicate the appliance is ON.
If you'd like to set the timer for automatic brewing, see 'AUTOMATIC BREWING'.
9. When brewing is complete, you can remove the carafe from the appliance.
To keep coffee hot, return the carafe to the warming plate after serving.
10. Switch the appliance off by pressing ON/OFF twice after use. The RUN indicator light
goes off.
11. If you want to brew more coffee, let the appliance cool down for at least 5 minutes
before you start brewing coffee again.
CAUTION:
When the appliance is in use, take care to avoid burns caused by sprays of hot
steam.
AUTO BREWING
You may set the clock to start brewing automatically. Suppose the current time is 8:10, the
desired auto brewing time is 13:00, follow the instruction below to set the auto brewing.
1. Press PROG on the control panel, "CLOCK" will appear on the display.
2. Press HOUR and MIN on the control panel repeatedly to set the current
time 8:10.
3. Press PROG again, "TIMER" will appear on the display.
4. Press HOUR and MIN repeatedly to set the auto brewing time 13:00.
5. When auto brewing time is set, press ON/OFF twice, the AUTO indicator
light comes on.
Press PROG twice to check the set auto brewing time, after about 10 seconds,
the display will return to the current time.
To cancel the auto brewing, press ON/OFF again and the AUTO indicator light will
go off.
6. When the set auto brewing time arrives, the AUTO indicator light will go off and the
RUN indicator light will come on to begin brewing.
Note:
You can stop the brewing cycle at any time by pressing ON/OFF once.
