Pizza Oven Use Instructions
It is possible to check the cooking state of the pizza by lifting the lid.
When the cooking is finished, open the lid and take the pizza out of the oven, lifting the refractory stone by its two
handles or using spatulas (not included in the package).
If you need to cook other pizzas, lower the power level to 4 and leave the lid open for about 30 seconds between
one batch and the next. Doing so prevents excessive heat from accumulating inside the oven on the refractory
stone, thus preventing the pizza from being burnt underneath.
Attention: make sure that the oven is closed perfectly during the cooking phase or that the food
inside does not come into contact with the upper heating element.
Avoid that the sauce used for the preparation of the pizza falls on the ceramic refractory cooking
plate, so as to avoid absorption and unpleasant emissions of smoke and odors.
If using fresh pasta for the preparation of pizza, flour the surface where the pasta is prepared with
flour, to prevent it from sticking to the cooking plate during baking.
Preparation and cooking times
Frozen pizzas
Cook for 2-3 minutes. After about a minute and a half, check the cooking status.
It is advisable to take the pizza out of the freezer 20-30 minutes before putting it in the oven (however, follow the
instructions on the pizza package).
Pizzas made with fresh dough
Cook for 4-5 minutes. After about 2 minutes, check the cooking status of the pizza.
Warnings: If the bottom of the pizza is a little blackened, lower the power level to 4 or 3 and open the
lid to lower the internal temperature.
The cooking times of the pizza may vary according to the type of dough and the thickness.
During cooking, the operating light must be on. This means that the heating elements are in opera-
tion and the pizza will be baked more evenly.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Attention: clean the oven only after making sure that it is unplugged from the socket and when it is
completely cold. Remove any cooking residues with a spatula. Do not use abrasive products or any
other detergent. With use, the refractory cooking plate naturally tends to darken and show stains.
This does not compromise the functioning of the oven or the cooking quality.
Clean the outside of the oven with a damp cloth.

The European directive 2011/65/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires
that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal
waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and
recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you
dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.
