21. NIGHT BLIND (IF PROVIDED)
The MD-Range Refrigerated Cabinet has a night blind. To use it, simply pull down the handle and hook it on the
retaining hook on the front handrail of the device. To remove it, gently remove the handle from the hook and
accompany the curtain until it has completely disappeared into its housing (FIG.11).

22. CLEANLINESS

Attention: before performing any cleaning operation it is necessary to remove the power supply
to eliminate any risk of electrocution. Do not wet the electrical parts of the appliance (fans,
lamps, displays, etc.). Do not touch the CABINET with wet or damp hands or feet
Protect your hands with work gloves
The CABINET must be cleaned to avoid the proliferation of moisture, fungi and bacteria and to
ensure the hygiene standards of ISO 22000 (HACCP)
Use water at a temperature below 30°C, mild and neutral soft cleaning cloths
Do not use abrasive sponges, acids and alkalis, solvents and any other cloth or aggressive
product. Apply moderate pressure
1. Clean the external parts on a weekly basis.
2. Clean the internal parts monthly (FIG.10 and FIG.12)
a. Remove goods
b. Remove separable parts
c. Use a soft cloth, an antibacterial cloth and warm water (max 30°C)
d. Dry thoroughly
3. Clean the honeycomb and condenser every six months (FIG.13)
If during cleaning operations, rust formation is noted call a qualified refrigeration technician.
When the cleaning operations are complete, perform the start-up procedure described in the chapter "INITIAL
COMMISSIONING".

23. DISPOSAL

All operations after the unloading of goods prior to the dismantling described here can only be performed by
qualified refrigeration technicians.
Dismantle the CABINET in accordance with current regulations. The device is in fact a hazardous waste and must be
managed as such. All the CABINETS of the MD-Range family has an incorporated group and is therefore subject to
Directive 2012/19 / EU (implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 49/2014).
The appliance must be delivered to an authorized recovery and recycling centre. You can request
disposal from your dealer if it is replaced by a new appliance. It is the responsibility of the producer
to make recycling and disposal possible, directly or indirectly.
The appliance is recyclable
The above does not apply to CABINETS sold outside the European Community.

24. WARRANTY AND SPARE PARTS

The device is covered by warranty if used as described in the manual present and if it operates in its field of use, is
maintained correctly in time and as using the proper methods and is operated by qualified personnel.
