2. Insert the auger into the body and make sure it is positioned correctly. You can
use the supplied handle to position the auger correctly.
3. Place a knife on the auger. Then insert the sieve of your choice by matching
the tab on the inside of the body with the notch in the sieve. Screw on the
body nut (5).
3.3. Working with the unit
1. Plug the machine plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Adjust the pieces of meat to be ground to the inlet opening. Slightly frozen
food can be ground in the appliance, but in this case it is grinding it more finely
is advisable.
3. Place a container for ground meat under the outlet.
