DRC
DRC (Dynamic Range Compression) is supported by some DAB+ radio stations to adjust the volume of
different audio signals. Weak signals can be amplified for a higher volume or loud signals can be reduced
to be played quieter.
1. Press the menu button (4) to enter the submenu of the DAB+ radio reception.
2. Turn the tuner control knob (9) to the right or to the left until the item „DRC" appears in the dis-
play. Select it by pressing the tuner control knob (9) once.
3. Then turn the tuner control knob (9) to choose between the options „DRC off", „DRC high" and
„DRC low". Confirm your selection by pressing the tuner control knob (9).
The option „DRC high" gives you more adjustment, while the setting „DRC low" gives you
less adjustment of the volume.
