COMMISSIONING
Before operation
•
First, attach a kind of tow rope (nylon line or similar) to the pump with
which you can pull it out of the water if necessary.
•
Connect the appropriate hoses of your aquarium/pond/jumping fountain
etc. to the pump. Make sure that there are no air bubbles in the pipe
system.
•
Do not place the pump in the dirt/bottom set at the bottom of the water,
but in a slightly elevated position.
•
Protect the power cable from damage caused by kinks and/or sharp edges
when installing it.
Note: Never operate the pump without the filter basket. The filter protects
the pump from contamination and blockages caused by sediment, dust and
dirt. Do not operate the pump in dry conditions.

1. Connect the pump to the power supply.
