Storage during winter
1. Remove the pump from the water.
2. Check the pump for damage.
3. Store the pump in a frost-free environment, if possible in a container filled
with water.

Problem
Pump is not working.
Pump emits disturbing/
loud noises.
Insufficient water flow
rate
Possible cause
No power.
Overheating.
Rotor is blocked.
No water.
Filter housing blocked
or shaft damaged.
Ceramic shaft or
receptacle show strong
signs of use.
Valve closed or blocked
Filter basket clogged/
blocked.
Impeller damaged...
Voltage too low
Method of solution
Connect to power
socket.
Allow the appliance to
cool down.
Remove blockages.
Add water.
Remove blockages.
Replace shaft or
receptacle.
Open / clean valve
Clean the filter basket.
Replace the impeller.
Connect to appropriate
voltage.
