Battery charger with incorporated power supply:
1. Connect the battery desktop charger to a socket that supplies the same voltage
indicated on its characteristics label and follow the procedure described in above
2 and 3 points.
Battery pack storage:
1. The battery pack should be stored with a 50% - 100% charge.
2. It should be stored in a cool, dry environment and removed from the radio.
3. Keep it away from any heat source and direct sunlight.
Notes:
- Do not install or remove the battery pack in environments with risk of fire or
explosion, a spark can cause an explosion.
- Do not expose the battery pack to high temperatures and keep it away from fire,
it may cause an explosion.
- The battery discharges faster when it is installed in the radio. Always remove it
from the radio when you are not using it for a while.
INSTALL / REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK:
Install the battery pack in the radio without forcing and into correct position, and remove it
carefully so as not to damage it.
INSTALL / REMOVE THE BELT CLIP:
If the radio supplied with belt clip, attach it to the back of the radio and make sure it is
properly attached. Remove the belt clip carefully for not damage it.
INSTALL THE MICRO-HEADSET (OPTIONAL):
Connect a micro-headset to the jack on the radio intended for this purpose.
Notes:
- To radio dust and splashes resistant, the supplied protective cover must be
attached correctly.
- The radio is not resistant to dust and splashes while using an optional accessory
risking water seep through the connector.
- To avoid hearing loss and/or possible hearing damage, when using headphones
or earphones, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods of time.
