Transportation fixtures must be removed before first use!
Warning: Plastic bags are a danger to toddlers and babies, therefore keep them away to avoid
suffocation.
Assembly Of The Appliance
Attach the base to the heater with the four screws supplied.
Operation
This appliance is only designed for outdoor use. Make sure that it is only connected to a rated
IP external socket (earthed) and should not be operated by any means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
Make sure that the appliance is properly assembled before operation.
Always ensure that the appliance is unplugged from the power supply and turned off before
commencing with the assembly process.
Adhere to a safety distance of at least 1m around the appliance.
Anti-tilt-switch
The heater is provided with an anti-tilt-switch which will switch off the heater if it is
overturned, and will be switched on again automatically when it is restored to its upright position.
Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
Replacing the battery of the remote control
Before first use of the remote control, remove the protective sheet from the button cell.
