Dear customer, this device comes with a
5-yearwarrantyfromthedateofpurchase.
Incaseofdefects,youhavestatutoryrights
againsttheselleroftheproduct.These
statutory rights are not restricted by our
guaranteepresentedbelow.
Terms of Guarantee
Thewarrantyperiodbeginsuponthedate
ofpurchase.Pleaseretaintheoriginalre-
ceipt.Thisdocumentationwillberequired
asproofofpurchase.
Ifamaterialormanufacturingdefect
occurswithinfiveyearsfromthedateof
purchasingthisdevice,thedevicebywill
repairedorreplacedfreebyus–accor-
ding to our choice. This warranty service
requiresyoutopresentthedefectivedevice
andproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)within
fiveyearsanddescribebrieflyinwriting
the nature of the defect and when it occur-
red.
Ifthedefectiscoveredbyourguarantee,
youwillreceiveeithertherepairedproduct
oranewproduct.Nonewguaranteepe-
riodbeginsonrepairorreplacementofthe
product.
Guarantee Period and Statutory
Claims for Defects
Theguaranteeperiodisnotextendedby
theguaranteeservice.Thisalsoappliesfor
replacedorrepairedparts.Anydamages
anddefectsalreadypresentatthetimeof
purchasemustbereportedimmediatelyaf-
terunpacking.Repairsarisingafterexpiry
oftheguaranteeperiodarechargeable.

Theequipmenthasbeencarefullypro-
duced in accordance with strict quality
guidelines and conscientiously checked
priortodelivery.
Theguaranteeappliesforallmaterialand
manufacturing defects. This guarantee
doesnotextendtocoverproductpartsthat
are subject to normal wear and may there-
forebeconsideredaswearingparts(e.g.
blade) or to cover damage to breakable
parts(e.g.switches).
Thisguaranteeshallbeinvalidiftheprod-
uct has been damaged, used incorrectly or
not maintained. Precise adherence to all of
theinstructionsspecifiedintheoperating
manualisrequiredforproperuseofthe
product.Intendedusesandactionsagainst
whichtheoperatingmanualadvisesor
warns must be categorically avoided.
Theproductisdesignedonlyforprivate
and not commercial use. The guarantee
will be invalidated in case of misuse or
improperhandling,useofforce,orinter-
ventions not undertaken by our authorised
service branch.
