Importing the name directory
To import the "Name directory":
1. open the Directories/Name directory menu
2. click "Open file"
3. search your computer for the .csv file to load
4. click "Write page" to save the imported data
BUILDING DIRECTORY
This menu, if the "Enable building filter page" option has been enabled in Layout/Settings, can be used to
group users into buildings as desired, and a name can be assigned to each building in the "Building name"
column. Users are automatically divided on the basis of groupings by codes set in the "Min SBC address" and
"Max SBC address" columns.
Example:
In this example, users with a call code from 1 to 4 will automatically be added to the directory for Building 1;
users with a code from 5 to 10 to Building 2, etc.
The Touch module display will show the buttons with the names entered in the "Building name" column. When
one of these buttons is pressed, only the users belonging to the selected building will be shown and it will be
possible to make a call to the desired user.

This section can be used to load up to 52 images or logos for association with the call buttons

To load an image or a custom logo, right-click in one of the boxes on the right and select the "Load" menu;
select the desired image using the window shown.

• Compatible formats are .jpg, .jpeg, .png.
Compatible dimensions are as follows:
◊ Button with "Normal" dimensions and "Bell" icon enabled: 280 x 135 pixel
◊ Button with "Large" dimensions and "Bell" icon enabled: 280 x 214 pixel
◊ Button with "Normal" dimensions and "Bell" icon disabled: 405 x 135 pixel
◊ Button with "Large" dimensions and "Bell" icon disabled: 405 x 214 pixel
◊ Dual button and "Bell" icon enabled: 90 x 135 pixel
◊ Dual button and "Bell" icon disabled: 175 x 135 pixel
