Intended use

This product is intended to be used to project laser lines to aid the user in various applications. It has been
designed for indoor use and can project vertical and horizontal beams. Example applications tasks such as
hanging wallpaper, installing shelves etc.
Do not use the product in wet conditions or in the presence of flammable liquids or gas.
It should be kept out of reach of children and animals. Supervision is required when the product is being
used by inexperienced users.

Replace batteries

Insert batteries into the base of the product, ensure you insert them in the correct polarity following the
markings in the battery compartment.
WARNING: BATTERIES CAN EXPLODE, OR LEAK AND CAN CAUSE
INJURY OR FIRE. TO REDUCE THIS RISK CAREFULLY FOLLOWS ALL THE
WARNINGS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED.
• ALWAYS TURN OFF THE INSTRUMENT BEFORE REPLACING BATTERIES;
• ALWAYS USE BATTERIES OF THE SAME BRAND, TYPE AND AGE.
• MAKE SURE AA BATTERIES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY WITH REGARD TO
POLARITY (+ AND –), MARKED ON THE BATTERY AND THE EQUIPMENT.
• DO NOT SHORT BATTERY TERMINALS.
• DO NOT CHARGE DISPOSABLE BATTERIES.
• REMOVE DEAD BATTERIES IMMEDIATELY AND DISPOSE OF PER LOCAL CODES.
• DO NOT DISPOSE OF BATTERIES IN FIRE.
• KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
• PLEASE TAKE OUT THE BATTERIES WHEN THE DEVICE IS NOT IN USE, AS
BATTERIES MIGHT CORRODE AND DISCHARGE THEMSELVES.
Turn on/off Laser
Press the on/off button once to turn the laser on.
Slide the pendulum lock/transit switch to the lock position and press the on/off button once more to turn the
laser off – note the pendulum/transit switch must be in the lock position to turn the laser off.
Self-leveling Mode
In self-levelling mode the laser tool will level itself in a 4° ± 1° range.
1. Place the laser on a solid, flat, level, vibration free surface.
2. Move the pendulum lock to the UNLOCKED position
3. Push the on/off button to turn the laser on. If the laser line flashes then the laser is out of level, reposition
the level to a more even surface.
