Make sure that the hoist frame is firmly supported
before using. Check that no one is standing
beneath you when using the hoist frame in high
areas. Keep your hands away from all moving
parts of the hoist frame. Check that all the parts
are assembled properly. Check the condition of
the cable regularly. Replace it if it has the slightest
visual defect (crushing, pinching, etc.) or if a strand
is broken. Check the tightness of nuts and bolts.
Check the condition of the return springs and the
cable and replace if worn. Check the operation of
the winch (the load should remain in position if the
brake is released). Check operation before use.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT.
The hoist frame has been designed to serve as
support for hoists . Refer to this plan to familiarize
yourself with the hoist frame before use.

USE INSTRUCTIONS.
Before starting up the hoist frame, we recommend
that you carefully read all of the instructions as
indicated. Please respect all regulations regarding
the prevention of accidents, health and safety
directives, laws and applicable restrictions for work
places. The hoist frame must only be used by
persons who have been instructed in its use and
only for the purposes for which it has been designed.
FIXING.
Join the load anchorage parts and the support
anchorage parts using the nut kits (1,2). Place
the horizontal bar and the diagonal bar into
the support and load anchorages (3). Join the
horizontal bar with the diagonal bar using a nut kit

placing the socket inside the horizontal bar (4,5).
Fix the horizontal and diagonal bars to the load
and support anchorages (6,7).
VERIFICATION.
Check the conditions and tightening of the nuts
securing the hoist frame clamps.
PERIODIC REVIEW.
At least once a year the hoist frame must be
reviewed. Please let the hoist frame be checked by
a qualified repair service and using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure the safety of the
hoist frame is maintained.
WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE.
Werku
offers a warranty that covers the repair
®
of all defects found due to faults in the materials
or manufacture. For this cover to be effective it is
necessary for these defects to appear within the
validity period. The consumer is entitled to free
repair of all defects (shipping costs, labour costs

and materials included), either via the repair or by
replacement (if necessary, with a later model). In
any case, Werku will not accept replacements if
these represent a disproportionate cost compared
to the cost of repair. This warranty does not affect
consumer's rights established by European or
national laws. The validity period of this warranty

is 3 years. The validity period starts on the date of
purchase by the first consumer. This date is shown
on the invoice or receipt of purchase. Any claims
arising from this warranty must be presented to
the Werku
Assistance Service. To do so you must present
this warranty correctly completed and stamped by
the distributor, together with the sales invoice or
receipt. To require any information in relation to this

warranty does not cover defects caused by parts that
have worn out from use other types of natural wear,
defects caused by failure to observe the instructions
for use and operation, or for applications other than
those for which this product is intended, abnormal
environmental factors, overloading, or unsuitable
maintenance or cleaning, faults caused by the use of
spare parts, accessories or replacements that are not
