6. SYSTEM ALARMS

The equipment has several alarm systems that indicate that a failure has occurred in any element of the public address system:
GENERAL FAULT indicator light: Front yellow LED. It lights up when the equipment receives one or more alarms from the
system, or when it generates an alarm itself.
SYSTEM FAULT indicator light: Front yellow LED. It lights up when the equipment detects an internal error.
Audible alarm indicator (buzzer): Intermittent beep. The equipment has a buzzer that generates an acoustic indication each
time it receives an alarm. The acoustic indication, a beep of 10 seconds duration, is repeated periodically every 20 seconds. The
buzzer can be activated or deactivated via the Call Point or Call Point Configurator software.
It is possible to activate the buzzer for the SYSTEM FAULT alarm. To do this, set the internal jumper JP1 to the ON position.
