SET UP & USE
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING YOUR COFFEE MAKER/POUR OVER
FILLING THE WATER TANK
Open the lid and fill with fresh cold water to the amount of coffee you would like

to brew. Each brewing process will use all the water in the water tank. The water
level indicator is based on 5 ounce cups of coffee.

NOTE: Never fill above the Max (5 cup) level.
Use only cold water. The brewing system has been designed to work only

with cold water.

Place the glass carafe on the warming plate making sure it is positioned directly
below the anti-drip valve.
