2-Turn on the Gymform® Electro Fat
Reducer: Press the ON/OFF button
(5) to start the unit. When you turn
it on, you will see a blue light on the
work programme and a red light on
the intensity level.
3-Select the desired programme:
Gymform® Electro Fat Reducer has
two programmes: G (Gym) and S
(Slim).
Press the (M) "MODE" button (6): to
change programmes, you can switch
from one programme to another by
pressing this button.
The G (GYM) mode serves to
strengthen muscles and tone up,
while the S (Slim) programme helps
to reduce body fat, improves skin
elasticity and helps to reduce cellulite.
4- Apply an adequate amount of
Gymform® Electro Fat Reducer
conductive gel on the 4 electrode
plates. (11)
5- Use it on the area you wish to treat.
It is important that the device (the 4
electrode plates) are in full contact
with the skin. (12)
Do not use on the face
Recommended duration:
(each side): 3~5 min / Thighs (each
side): 5~10 min / Hip: 10~15 min /
Abdomen: 10~20 min
6-Adjust the intensity level
To decrease the Intensity Level,
briefly and repeatedly press the - (8)
button.
To increase the Intensity Level, press
the + button briefly and repeatedly.)

You can choose between
Intensity Levels. If this is your first
electrostimulation session,
recommend that you start at Level 1
for the first 10 minutes and gradually
increase the level until you are familiar
with the device.
Automatic shutdown
For your safety, Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer will automatically switch
off 10 minutes after it has been
switched on, regardless of the Level
and Programme set.
If you wish to end the session earlier,
press the power button for 1 second
until it switches off.
If you want to use it longer, you can
turn the unit back on again and do
10 minutes more or turn it off earlier,
whenever you think it is necessary.
Important: Do not use for more than
20 minutes per area per day.
7- Turning off the Gymform® Electro
Fat reducer: To turn it off, press the
ON/OFF button(5) once. The lights
will turn off when the unit is off.
BELT USE:
Gymform® Electro Fat Reducer is a
mobile device that allows you to use
it anywhere; however, two belts are

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Do not wash the Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer unit, clean it with a dry
or damp cloth; after each use remove
excess conductive gel from the
electrode plates with a cloth.
Do not immerse in water.
Store in a cool, dry place at room
temperature.

BATTERY PRECAUTIONS

Be sure to install them correctly
before turning the unit on.
To replace the batteries, switch off
the unit.
Remove the batteries if the unit will
not be used for a long period of time.
Take the necessary precautions when
disposing of batteries and do not
dispose of them in fire.

OF MATERIALS
