1.- Plug in the unit.
2.- Place the foods in each of the buffert trays.
3.- Set the temperature control to LOW, the indicator light will turn on, and the unit will begin to
heat itself.
4.- Adjust the temperature control from LOW-MED-HIGH, the maxime temperature is 80ºC.
5.- The place will keep food hot for long periods of time. But it is not recommended to exceed
6-8 hours, or the food will begin to dry out.
6.- Be sure to turn off the unit once you have finished using it.
7.- Disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet.
8.- Clean any food residue on the place.
9.- Leave the main unit and its parts to ccol completely before cleaning and piuuing them away.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
1.- Turn off the unit and disconnect it from the power source prior to cleaning.
2.- Allow the unit to cool completely.
3.- Clean the hot plate using a damp cloth and dry.
NEVER SUBMERGE THE UNIT IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS
DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANING PRODUCTS OR METAL SCOURERS ON THE
APPLIANCE.
