1. Align the SIDE METAL FRAME ( F ) with the CROSS BAR ( G ) and then insert
the SIDE METAL FRAME ( F ) into the CROSS BAR ( G ).
2. And then use the ALLEN WRENCH ( 10 ) to secure the FLAT WASHER ( 13 ),
SPRING WASHER ( 12 ) and SHORT BOLT ( 11 ) to attach the SIDE METAL FRAME
( F ) with the CROSS BAR ( G ). Tighten the SHORT BOLT ( 11 ).
