4-3. COFFEE DISPENSING
Once the desired amount of coffee has
been ground, the filter holder can be filled
as follows:
• Place the filter holder, with the desired
filter inserted, into the appropriate
support (7) on the dispenser. (The device
comes with a reducer (10) to be placed
in the fork (7) to adapt it to the size of the
filter holder).
• Once
positioned,
dispenser's lever (8) to the end of its
stroke to dispense the preset amount of
ground coffee into the filter.
• The
amount
deposited into the filter upon
pulling the lever is preset to
equal one dose.
• It is recommended to repeat
the operation if making two
coffees.

• For a finer grind, turn the ring clockwise,
making reference to the scale on the
adjustment dial (3) at the base of the
ring.
• For a courser grind, turn the hopper (2)

scale on the adjustment dial (3) at the
base of the hopper (2).

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Make sure that the hopper (2) is empty,
and activate the grinder to eliminate any
residual coffee that may be inside.
• Always make sure that the machine
has been disconnected from its power
supply performing before any cleaning
or maintenance operations.
• In addition to cleaning the machine after
each use, it is also recommended to
periodically perform a more thorough
cleaning of the hopper (2) and the ground
coffee container (4) in order to eliminate
any greasy residues.

using a damp cloth, avoiding the use of
detergents or abrasive materials.
